When to Inspect
What We Inspect

Home Inspection
Home buyer advocates can let you know if you're about to buy a lemon of a house or warn you about potential problems. At best, you can move into the house confident that it's in good shape; at worst, the report can let you back out of the deal if the house has major, unexpected problems. We are using the latest technology when inspecting, including radon, lead and asbestos testing devices, carbon monoxide/dioxide and ultra violet rodent detectors, video and digital photography per home inspection.

Commercial Building Inspection
Home Buyer Advocates Inspection Team is Saving our Commercial Clients on average between $5,000 to $20,000 per Inspection in negotiating credits, repair and/or replacement costs.

New Construction
We inspect your new construction project at least 4 times from foundation through final walk through to enable you to move into a property in the best possible condition. (Our average new construction inspection at minimum lists twenty to thirty items per visit that that do not meet minimum industry standards, code compliance, manufactures standards, national safety standards, or our high quality workmanship standards. We have the area highest success rate of negotiating builder corrections on behalf of our clients.
